We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 4. Orders and Payment
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. 5. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Scope: We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not support delivery to other countries.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Orders of 50 AUD or more: Free Shipping.

    • Orders under 50 AUD: A flat shipping fee of 5.99 AUD applies.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Transit Time: Delivery usually takes between 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Shipping Methods: Our primary logistics partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Conditions:

    • Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled directly within 48 hours of placing the order.

    • Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics delivery to arrive and then contact us to initiate a return and refund.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

  • Arrival Time: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment. Regarding arrival time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days.   • Exchange Scenarios/Conditions: We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt if the item is defective or damaged.
