Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

 

Return and Exchange Validity Period
You have 14 days from the date you sign for (receive) the product to request a return or exchange. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

Return and Exchange Conditions
We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Appearance Issues: The product has visible defects or damage upon arrival.

  • Quality Issues: The product has functional defects or structural failure.

  • Sensory Issues: The product has a strong odor or severe color difference compared to the description.

  • Wrong Item Sent: The received product does not match the item ordered (incorrect model, size, or color).

  • No Reason Return: You have changed your mind and wish to return the item without a specific defect.

Return Process

  • Please contact us via email at service@homelirian.com or call +1 (323) 599-8918 to request a return. You must provide your order number, proof of payment, the reason for the return, and relevant videos or photos showing the issue.

  • Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the designated return address.

  • You are required to ship the product back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive it.

  • Once received, we will immediately inspect the product to verify if it matches the reported condition. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange your refund immediately. For more information on refunds, please refer to the "Refund Process" section below.

Exchange Process

  • Please contact us via email at service@homelirian.com or call +1 (323) 599-8918 to request an exchange. You must provide your order number, proof of payment, the reason for the exchange, and relevant videos or photos.

  • Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the designated return address.

  • You are required to ship the product back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive it.

  • Once received, we will immediately inspect the product. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange the shipment of the new item within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the new item is 5-8 business days. For more information on shipping times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the payment.

  • Arrival Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we estimate the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days. If you have not received it after this period, please contact us for assistance.

Fee Rules

  • Our Responsibility: For returns or exchanges caused by appearance issues, quality issues, odors/severe color differences, or wrong items sent, we will bear the shipping costs.

  • Your Responsibility: For "No Reason" returns or exchanges (change of mind), you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred.

Return Label
A return label is included inside every package to facilitate your return process. Please keep this label until you are sure you will keep the product.

Responsibility Disclaimer
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during the return shipment if the customer chooses their own shipping method instead of following our guidelines. We are not liable for personal items accidentally left in the returned package. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with the conditions stated in this policy.

Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • For furniture items (such as beds and tables), the product must be unassembled. We cannot accept returns of furniture that has been fully assembled, as it cannot be repackaged safely.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, and manuals included.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be intercepted. You will need to wait until you receive the package and then follow the "No Reason Return" process.

Damaged in Transit
If the packaging appears significantly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment if possible and contact us immediately. If you accept the package and find the product damaged, please take photos of the box and the product and follow the "Return Process" within 48 hours.
