Order Cancellation

 

At Homelirian (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), we are committed to providing an efficient online shopping experience for our children's table and chair sets, single beds, bunk beds, and nightstands. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand your rights and obligations regarding order cancellations.

Cancellation Conditions
We understand that circumstances may change. Our policy is designed to offer flexibility where possible:

  • Unshipped Orders (Within 48 Hours): If you request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order and the items have not yet been shipped, the order can be directly cancelled for a full refund.

  • Shipped Orders or Orders Placed Over 48 Hours Ago: If more than 48 hours have passed since you placed the order, or if the order has already been dispatched (handed over to the logistics carrier), we are unable to cancel the order. In this specific case, you must wait for the logistics provider to deliver the items to your address. Once received, please contact us to initiate a return process. Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team immediately via email at service@homelirian.com or by calling +1 (323) 599-8918.

  • In your communication, please provide your Order Number and valid Proof of Payment so we can locate your transaction quickly.

  • Our customer service team will review your application immediately. Once the status of your shipment is verified and the cancellation is approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange the refund without delay.

Refund Instructions
Upon successful confirmation of your order cancellation (or subsequent return confirmation):

  • Method: Refunds will be automatically returned to the original bank card account (Visa, MasterCard) used at the time of payment.

  • Timeline: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we estimate that the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

  • Late Refunds: If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Modification

  • Shipping Address Changes: If you need to correct a spelling error in your shipping address, please contact us before the item is shipped. We cannot change the shipping address once the order is in transit.

  • Item Changes: We cannot modify the items in an order once it has been placed. If you wish to change the size or model of a bed or table set, and the order has not shipped (within 48 hours), please cancel the current order and place a new one.

Refusal of Delivery
If an order is shipped and you refuse to accept the package upon delivery, this will be treated as a return. Please note that refusing a package does not automatically trigger an immediate refund, as the item must be returned to our warehouse and inspected first.
