At Homelirian (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), we are committed to delivering your children's table and chair sets, single beds, bunk beds, and bedside tables safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms below.

Delivery Scope
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not support delivery to other countries or regions outside of Australia at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of AUD 50.00 or more.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than AUD 50.00, a flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99 will apply.

Taxes
All taxes and related fees are included in the product price displayed on our online store. You are not required to pay any additional tax fees upon checkout or delivery.

Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is based on our service hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM will begin processing on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be prioritized for processing on the next available business day.

Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order before it is handed over to the carrier.

Transit Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated total transit time for delivery is 5-8 business days. Please note that remote areas may require additional time.

Logistics Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure the safety of your furniture, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. The specific carrier will depend on the size and weight of your items.

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can track your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to view the current status.

Liability Statement

  • Product Damage or Loss: If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund according to the situation.

  • Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us before the order is shipped. We cannot modify or cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

  • Delivery Address and Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries or lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Signing Instructions
Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging of the furniture (especially large items like beds) before signing. If there is visible significant damage to the packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the package and contact us immediately.

Unattended Delivery
If you are not at home during the delivery attempt, the carrier may leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package from a local depot or arrange a re-delivery. It is your responsibility to follow up within the timeframe specified by the carrier to avoid the package being returned to us.

Force Majeure
We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes; however, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or major carrier disruptions.
